Default Born Date?

Can anyone tell me my born date or how I can get it. I got a build sheet and it doesn't say as I see it.

I have a 2005 C6 Vert, Vic/red, 6MN, Z51, Last 6 on the VIN are 115711.

Thanks in advance,

I can get you close. My coupe is 15215 and was born on 01/26/2005.
If you ask whitec5vette nicely he may get you the exact date. He has access to a GM computer that we don't. Good luck--e

It takes a person who has access to the GM system to look up the exact build day based on the VIN. There's a label on the driver's side door frame that will tell you the month and year.

post your vin, somebody will look it up.They need the vin.In the mean time, whatever the sticker says on your door, add 25 days to that and that'll be close to your build date.I.E. mine on door 8/05- actual 8/30.

Look in your wheel well on the right front, directly above the tire. The guys who built your car probably signed it and dated it. I know of quite a few of us who have that. Take a picture of it and post it to see if we have the same builders. Moog and Deo2.

The 8/05 means it was built in August 2005 not the 5th of August.

No. No. No. My build date was 11/08/04. The date on the sticker on the door frame says 11/04. Adding 25 days to 04 would be November 29. Once again, the date on the sticker on the door frame has MONTH/YEAR, AND THAT'S ALL IT MEANS.

8/05 means your car was built in August 2005. That's all.

You are mixing up day and year. the "05" is the year not August 5th. Oops. others have already pointed this out. I wonder if Kevin could look it up for you...ezra.tarrence@gm.com
