Default Logo Question

Redneck suffering from loss of memory !!!

It seems I recall someone selling C6 Vette emblems (for front and rear) a while back with a representation of "old Glory" opposite the "checker flag" instead of the "bow tie" and "fleur-de-lis".

Without getting involved in a discussion of federal law, can anyone out there reference the source of the emblems described above.

I would appreciate any and all help.

Thanks.

Vette Joel got them from a store here in Boca - believe it's called The Drivers Seat, on Glades Road in Boca. The flag was a sticker placed over one side of the emblem.

PM vettejoel for details

I'll probably go into cardiac arrest if I ever read a post where you agree with someone's personal preference mod!

Fear not...recent news states that laypersons with autodefibrillators can save lives. Only check Jim's posts where you see the ADF sign.

I didn't realize you were keeping score.

I believe I've agreed with quite a few members on their mods.

In the spirit of Christmas let me just say I will continue to express my opinion. Hopefully you will continue to enjoy years of good health.

Merry Christmas

I am under the impression that this forum is a place for us to state our opinion on all matters relating to the C6 even if we do not agree with others. Are we suppose to agree with every mod listed here?

Merry Christmas everyone.

It's becoming scary that I'm actually answering more questions than asking them these days!

Bought mine from WCC, they have been around for a while and GM hasn't shut anyone down yet like the Z51 stuff

These are not "over lays" rather you use a hair dryer to heat up the adhesive and pry off the old emblem. The replacement just drops in. I like the look of these more than the OEM.

Thanks all for the information.

For those who think this falls into the "corny" arena, I can't wait to post the "Screaming Eagle" I am planning for the hood liner.

I hope Santa was good to y'all (that's southern for you guyz).

Please have a Happy and SAFE New Year.
