sill protrctors

Any one have the sill protectors for the C6 vert? My wife bought me the sill covers that I already have that came with the vert. but I need to know if anyone has the one's that cover the original ones.

I have these but have not installed them yet as it needs to be > 60 degrees burr

I already have them on the car. I am looking for something to protect them and the painted part.
i found clear covers but was wondering if there was any thing better out there. Your vert didn't come with anything on the sill?

My vert came with the black production sill plate. I ordered the GM Door Sill package. It is still on my dresser as the instructions state the ambient temperature must be at least 70°F to 80°F at the time of installation and for two hours after. It will be months before I'll see that type of weather.

I think Ecker's sells a clear plastic cover that fits over the sill area and the inside molding; haven't purchased them yet but will in the forseeable future.

I purchased the clear plastic covers from Eckler's. Installed, they don't look bad and the good thing about them they snap on and off in seconds.
