Power Top Problem ??

Power Top Problem ??
Hey guys... just got my 06 C6 vert with power top. When I lower the top, it retracts half way, opens the back hatch and then stops. I took it back to the dealer and the "callibrated the windows" and then it worked fine (at the dealership). Now a few days later, it is doing the same thing. Anyone else with a similiar problem... insight??? Suggestions??

How much time have you spent in your car? It sounds like the car just misses you and wants you to spend quality time in her while you try to figure out why the top is not responding. 
Hate it when it works fine at the dealership but acts up at home. Good luck getting it fixed.

index windows?
You might look in the owners' manual for instructions on indexing the windows. I saw a post yesterday, something like lower window, hold down button for 5 seconds, raise window and hold down button 5 seconds?

Same Problem hatch wont lock
Took it to dealer and turns out Some how i burned a fuse 
I Have no idead how i burned a fuse but indexing windows would not do it. Chek ur fuses under passengers side that is were the fuse block is. Now i know and carry xtra fuses. Make sure u carry a flash light mine happend at nite and could not see were the allen wrench was to let go of the pressure to raise it manually.It's velcro on the side Once u turn counterclockwise its easy to put up the rag top. Pump is on back of the passenger there is a clip that u need to take off and pull carpet back and u will see the pump.
