Corvette Summer
Is coming on speed channel on Jan 13.
I don't know why I mention this, it sounds pretty stupid and its got Mark Hamil from Star Wars.

Yes it's a goofy movie with a goofy custom Corvette (using that loosely LOL) in it.
Yes it's barely even a true 'car' movie.
Yes the acting (and some might even say the story line) is subpar.
But I love the movie and have watched it EVERY time it's been on TV during the last 25+ years, the ending leaves me with an almost sentimental, void feeling for some reason that I can't explain, only a few movies I've ever seen do that to me, weird I know LOL.

It seems that since Nascar bought speed channel,most of the programming is about nascar!!Very boring after a while!Now,w/the old movies there's
finally some variety,bad as it may be!!I watched the original ' GONE IN 60 SECONDS"a couple of weeks ago...talk about a bad movie...but there were some nice cars and the memories of that time in my life!!!
