20 sides and 13 back! IMO, Very loose enforcement on this in Nevada. Darker is better. Some say you look like a thug, I say the thugs cant see who is in the car. My wife feels safer with the darker tint when she drives it, plus......it keeps the interior cooler.

Just had them done. I went 35% on sides and 20% on rear. I like darker look but decided to go with something i could see out of at night. Here is a link to pic. http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=1/1121333119.jpg&s=x12
I want to tint but can't get past how the crappy the area around the dots on the back window look. Even "good" jobs I've seen still don't look right. If anyone ever finds a way to perfect it, I'm in.

This is about as good as you can get on a C6. I took a microfiber towel and kept pressing the film around the dots every day for the first week. Most films are flexible and will conform to the dots if you use enough pressure (but not so much that the film moves). Probably helps if the temperature is high also. Near the top (left here), where the dots get big and close together is pretty hopeless, however. It looks good from a distance, no grey areas. Go for it!

I may give in eventually and try doing what you did. Thanks!
