Default average wait time from event code 3000

I just got the code 3000 from my dealer. Isn't the time pretty consistent at this point?

What would be your best guess for it to be completed. It's going to metro Atlanta, so I don't think it should take too long for delivery afterwards.

thanks

Your dealer should be able to tell you your TPW (targeted production week). When you get to within a week or so of your TPW, Kevin Tarrence (e-mail address ezra.tarrence@gm.com) can probably give you your estimated on-line and off-line dates.

Once your car comes off-line, you're subject to how long it takes before your car is released to Allied (usually just a few days) and then how long it takes Allied to fill a truck coming to your area. (The trucks don't leave until they're full.) It can take a day or it can take a month.

Mine came off the line June 24th, was released to Allied on the 28th, left Bowling Green on the 30th, and arrived in northern CA on July 8th (exactly 2 weeks after coming off the line).

Hope this helps.

3000 is order accepted by gm. production. 4-6 weeks. Then after produced at 3800, Allied could take another 2 to 4 weeks to deliver to local dealer

e-mail Kevin at BG. He should have your VIN # along with the TPW.
