Default Polished Wheels

Have polished wheels ordered on my new vert due for a mid February museum delivery. Do the vehicles coming off line now have polished or painted wheels???

If they are coming off line with painted wheels, I'll have almost 2 grand with the $500 rebate just announced to buy some Michelin Pilot's to mount on my Fikse FM10's. Hey!! Almost free tires.

I think a person is better off buying your vette with the silver painted wheels and buying aftermarket's later on. The factory gets plenty of money for their stock wheels. I really dont understand why there are so difficult to obtain.

I ordered a coupe with QG7 on December 13 from Kerbeck.

After the polished wheel fiasco, and the subsequent "agreement" between GM, courts, and supplier to continue their business arrangement, my salesman offered that the polished wheels might be put on customer-ordered cars only rather than those going to dealer inventory.

According to Kevin at BG, my car which had a TPW of 1/9, was built on Tuesday,1/10, and had the polished wheels code on the build sheet.

I wait patiently for delivery to confirm this.
