Below is an earlier post announcing that the AZ state senator who introduced AZ Senate Bill 1048 mandating a front license plate bracket had withdrawn the bill. Withdrawn because of the overwhelming negative response from her constituents and those of others in the Senate. When I first read in the local paper about SB 1048, I took personal responsibility to contact my state senator and the various party leaders of the Senate as to my objection. I posted on this Forum challenging AZ C6 Forum members to do likewise. And sent an email to the Tucson Corvette Club asking them to encourage their members to contact their senators. Each of us individually and all of us collectively are the voice of the people, but have impact only if that voice is heard. We did and we were. I am blessed beyond measure to have been born in this marvelous place. And to enjoy it in a pretty cool ride. May God Bless the United States of America.

In theory we do.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice they aren't.

Yup, TX tried to get the front plate removed last year but it died in the Senate.

Default Stupid law!

Front plates never have made sense to me, here in Pa. Not required here since the 1950's, I believe, when they sent you a new set every year. They changed each year from yellow background with blue lettering, to the reverse the next year. Now we update a rear plate yearly with only a sticker. Now what's absurd is I can drive my no front plate cars anywhere in the USA!!! But those living in front plate required states can't, at home !!! Next to me is Md and NJ, states I travel regularly, without them!
