Brake switch noise

The relay that clicks is located under the passenger foot well carpet. It's labeled "Stop Lamp" on the diagram. The relay is 1" cubed. Labeled "Tyco" 3602 & 12193602 on the top and 0547503A on the side, and has electrical diagram of the relay on the side. Also it appears only to function when the car is running.

I bought my C6 last October with no relay clicking what so ever...until today at 7:40 am, two miles from my house at a stop sign I began hearing it. And it is driving me crazy!!! It will get fixed.

Loud Brake Relay "Click" Sound
Anyone ever get a straight answer from the dealer on why some C6's center brake relay are quiet and others make a loud "Click" sound?
What was the "fix" for this if any?
