The instructions recommends at least an hour. I installed the removable mount bracket but have not attached the plate bracket - am waiting until a friendly LEO suggests I do so
I can kill an hour easy. (It'll probably take me that long at the dealer to pry my fingers from around the check.)
Just didn't want to leave the plate on the Garden State Parkway on the way back home.

This might be the same thing - I dont know. When I was at the Museum, an employee asked if I would put this device on my car.
