I use mine is if it was a car... 
I commute with it every day 20 mile round trip. I take it to the mall, Home Depot, ball games, theatres, etc. I even occasionally park it at a meter on the street in Down town Ft. Worth. I park it with all the other cars when I go to stores, not way out in the boonies. I've done that with all 4 of my C5s and now the C6 without one single problem. In other words I have the maximum amount of fun with all of my Corvettes and never worry that it may get a little dent or rock ding. If it does some day, big deal...its fixable.
