Home Depot? ( does not have to be a torque hex head)

That's Torx (or generically since the patents have expired, star head). And C6 DVL is correct, it doesn't have to be a Torx head fastener unless you're doing a NCARS restoration. An ordinary Philips head screw from Home Depot will work fine.

Wate till the car is 30 years old and you need the 'correct' screw for NCRS certification. $20 for a screw will seem cheap!

You can always get a screw at a Chevy dealership.
