Hey guys, I need some quick help...

I'm looking to call xm with the zwinback code, however I do not have any information on my XM account. It was activated at Kerbeck Corvette in November, however my 3 month trial has now expired.

Is my account info. in the paper work they gave me, or am I supposed to create a new one?

Thank you!

Go to Channel 1 on the radio. Should show you the radio ID. Give that to the customer service people @ XM and they can find the account.

If you tune your XM radio to either channel 1 or 0 you will find your radio ID # . Call the XM people with this ID # and they will be able to reactivate you. If they won't honor ZWINBACK call back later to talk to another sales rep. Hope this helps.

I just updated mine with the ZWINBACK code and the agent said there was another part she needed. I had given her the radio ID. The part of the code she needed was for ME not the agent to say the one year price is $77.00.

They should already have your name and address on file. They did mine.

I hope you have better luck than I have had in dealing with the XM folks. Whenever I get a different vehicle it is a real pain to get the service on one deactivated. I was just billed for another year of service on my CTS and I will be getting a new one end of March as I am getting out of my GMAC lease early. That ought to be a fun phone conversation. Same lack of intelligent customer service when I tried to extend the service on my C6 after the trial period.
