Default First Vette, First Post

I too have been lurking for a while and I finally took delivery of my new Vette, and this is my first post. I've posted on a truck forum before (I have one of the first Chevy Duramax trucks) and I really appriciate the information and experience a forum like this provides. You have already provided me with invaluable information about my new Corvette before I even put my right foot down for the first time. I was afraid of jinxing myself by posting earlier since the purchase was on, then off, then no Z51 then yes on Z51. The Corvette is an '06 Vert, Monterey Red, Z51, 3LT, polished rims (my only concession). It has performed beyond my expectations and I get feel better about the purchase every time I get in. Thanks to everyone on the forum for their posts, I'll be needing some help with accessories next.

Congrats. Sounds like you made some good option choices and I am not surprised that it has performed beyond your expectations.

Congrats!

Glad you hung in there. Sometimes good things take more effort than is expected or reasonable. Sounds like an outstanding Vette. You should be very proud.
