What kind or type of tiles did you guys use on the garage floors? Did the concrete need any special treatment? What was your approximate cost per square foot? My garage is 24' by 28' ,inside dimensions.
Thanks,
John
I have tiles from racedeck.com at $3.49 a sq. ft. With your floor you can get it at $2.99 a sq.ft since it is over 500 sq.ft. It's easy to install. All you need is a hammer and time. If you ever move, you can break the tiles apart and re-install in your new house.

I have it in both of my garages, over 1100 square feet in total and love it. Easy install, virtually indestructible tiles, don't stain, clean up easily, and look great.

I too did the Racedeck tiles, blue and red checkered scheme. Looks fantastic and really makes our two blue Corvettes stand out.
The house we just moved from, I used an industrial epoxy from International Coatings. After over 10 years of some fairly heavy use, it had lost most of it's gloss but still cleaned up very well.
