Been trying to figure out how can you tell if your car is a 1SA or 1SB ? My VIN 1G1YY26U865106539 doesn't seem to tell me much.

 

does it have a HUD? if so 1SB

1SA has no HUD, very simple

 

 

I think you mentioned in an earlier post that it has nav..if so, it's a 1SB.

 

That's it , Couldn't you have made up something to make me feel better about not knowing the answer?

VIN indicates it's an '06, option packages are 1LT, 2LT, or 3LT - 1SA and 1SB were '05.

 

If you've got Nav & HUD, you've got the 3LT package.

Are you sure that the 3LT option provides navigation? I think it is a separate and additional option for 2006. . . . . . ?

 

Navigation is a $1600 option that is only available when the 3LT PEG is selected, therefore you MUST have 3LT if you want Navigation

On the 2005 models, 2SB includes perforated leather seats, and ISA models have plain leather.

 

Reread my post. That's not what I said. I said that if you have HUD & Nav, you have the 3LT. The reverse is NOT true. All 3LTs do NOT automatically have Nav.

But you have to have the 3LT option before you can get the Nav.

 

1. The original poster has a 2006 model, not a 2005 model.
2. 2SB was never an option package with 05 or 06 models. 1SB was an option package with the 05 models.
3. ISA was never an option package either.

 

I'm just glad to own a 05 VETTE

 

You have a 3Lt, 2006 are not 1SA or 1SB, they are either 1LT, 2LT or 3LT and on a 3LT you can either get Nav or 6 disc CD changer.
