Thanks to all...
After spending several weeks lurking on the forums, reading everything in sight, I finally placed my order last friday for a C6, coupe, Monterey Red, A6 paddle shift, 3LT with NAV, F55, dual roof, painted wheels. Many thanks to all for providing such great info and insight into the C6. Was going to try to get chrome wheels on the order but after cruising the forum will get aftermarket instead and save $$$. Have always lusted after a Corvette ever since my best friend in HS showed up in my driveway with a new '67 vert, red of course. Now I can finally make the dream real. And to further the excitement, just stopped by the dealer this PM to get the order# and was told the order is picked up and a TPW of 3/27/06 has been given. Man, I won't be able to sleep for the next 4 wks.
