I should have explained...
I took my 60 vette to a car show yesterday. I learned when I registered that there were no age restrictions on the cars being displayed. So I called my wife and asked her to drive the C6 down to the show. I guess she really didn't want to participate because she shows up with some overdue library books and some empty 3 gallon water bottles on the passenger side of the car. It was not quite ready for prime time with all the junk in it. We had lunch and she left. I guess she knows how to avoid car shows...or maybe I didn't explain it to her clearly enough. Oh well, I won an award with the 60, so the day was just fine.

Gotta love the old solid axles!!! My wife won't come to the shows at all. At least yours showed up, all be it, a bit unprepared.

However, I have met some interesting people at these events plus connecting with other Vette owners.
