Exhaust Question
Ok, I know the exhaust thing has been covered in a few threads, and I feel like I have read everyone of them. And I also know that exhaust sound is subjective, and some people wouldn't admit if they made a mistake. But I have to ask anyway...
I am trying to decide between the Corsa Sport, Borla including the x pipe, and the GHL. I have heard clips of all of them, but I want some opinions on qualities/characteristics of each. My goal is to get as little drone as possible while getting as much nice throaty, muscular v8 sound. History - I had an 05 CTS V with the B&B exhaust, and I thought it was pretty loud and droned a bit too much for my liking. Right now, I'm leaning toward GHL and the combo purchase that TByrne has right now with the VaraRam for $1,330. TByrne also has the group buy on the Borla right now for $1,050, and I can get the Corsa for a similar amount. The GHL is the cheapest, but the Borla comes with the x pipe, and the Corsa has no drone at all - but perhaps not as much sound either. Anyway, that is my "poor me" story. Which exhaust to chose...
