Default NCM Delivery Summary

The tour and delivery of our new LMB convertible on 3/21 was nothing less than top notch. Curt Adkins is a consummate professional, and clearly enjoys his job. He did such an excellent job that he turned a day that my wife anticipated as "another ho-hum car event" into something she is, and will continue to be, truly excited about. Curt motivated my wife so much that of course now she wants to drive the car, but I'll let that little mistake pass.

My experience was just wonderful. The NCM guys know how to make clients feel special, without being patronizing. The prep on the car was nothing less than perfect. It is evident that everyone in the museum, and the plant, take great pride in their work, and it makes the purchase of my Corvette feel that much more special.

The car itself is spectacular. I haven't been able to really wring it out yet, but I can tell it is everything that everyone has been making it out to be.

Thanks to all for adding to this wonderful experience.

P.S.

I forgot to mention that we did go to the Mammoth Cave the following day, and if you don't suffer from claustrophobia, it was both fun and educational.

Finally, we also went to the Montana Grill and had a great meal. The manager, John, was thrilled when we told him that we were there because of the recommendations I had received on this forum.

That's the first blue with grey top and grey wheels I've seen. Very nice combo

The wheels are prefect for that combo.

Before you put too many miles on your corvette, make sure you look under the car in the area of the drivers seat.

According to my GPS it is Southwest of NCM on Rt. 231 near the airport. But, it looks like there is a Montana Grill and a Montana Grille about 130 feet apart. Don't know which is correct. Take I-65 south to Exit 22. Go north on Rt. 231 about 3 miles. The place should be on your right (north side of road). 231 runs from SSE to NNW (or NNW to SSE, depending on your direction of travel)

When all else fails, ask your NCM escort. He/she should know.

Thanks for the description. A couple of us on this thread are scheduled to pick our C6s at NCM in the next month (mine on Apr. 12). It's good to hear that you were happy with the experience.

According to my Delorme Software the northern of the two is the Montana Grille Corporate Offices.

I hear two people picking C6s up in the next couple of months only live about a mile apart. My date has slipped to mid/late May.

On Monday, March 13 my wife, son and myself were taking the 9AM tour of the Corvette plant and as you know someone from the tour gets to start a newborn Corvette. Well, the car that the person started was a LMB with a grey top. We've never seen this combination before and we really liked it. I don't know if this was your car bur when I saw the picture in front of the museum I had to write. BTW, we watched this car go through it's final computer check and it was all green lights!
Enjoy the new ride!
