Good Deal????
I have located a White '05 C6 w/ 6 miles (never titled) at a Chevy dealer. It appears to be loaded with equipment that I want. I am waiting for an email or phone response. The dealer is asking $49,995 for the Vette. Is this a good deal?? What would you offer w/o trade-in?
Seems like a good deal minus the depreciation hit. What is a Targa roof?
I looked at a Monterey Red '06 C6, at the same dealer yesterday @ $59.6K with full equipment.
Thanks,
Gburg

It's tough to comment on an asking price without knowing exactly how the car is configured. Having said that, the price you state would be a good deal on a loaded convertible; it's a complete rip-off on a coupe, no matter how well-equipped.
What's the M.S.R.P.? That info will make it easier to point you in the right direction.

What is MSRP for this car? They should be able to tell you that if the window sticker is not on the car. Then we could comment on whether or not the asking price is good or not.

I would consider a good deal on an '05 to be a MINIMUM of $5,000 below MSRP.

That’s my two cents worth!

I payed less than $49995 for a new loaded '06 coupe 3LT/MN6/Polished Wheels/Navi./Z51 from Les Stanford (forum vendor)...so if its an '05 coupe I would say "NO" it is not a good deal.
