Strap a couple of 2x4's and a lawn chair, and you've got one heck of a redneck go-cart!!

Very interesting Ed, thanks for sharing. I see another Pipedreams "1 of a kind" mod on the horizon.

All you need is one of those, the Locost build your own sports car book for inspiration, some skill and tools and you can build a 2200 lb 400 hp sports car that looks like a Lotus 7 on steroids.

Now there's a C5/C6 that could suck the paint off a Z in 1/4 mile....
Talk about a HP/Weight ratio.......

Is this the same running gear someone tried to sell like in November of last year? I just have to wonder what happend to the car on top of it and how that might have translated into the running chassis. Underlying problems, I don't know. Something like this would be great under my 57 Chevy, but not without a lot more information.
Gregg.

Certainly makes you wonder what happened to the 'skin'. "Front cradle has a small hairline crack"?
Notice that the oil filler cap is missing. Ed did you take that?

The right materials are a 4' X 8' sheet of plywood with the lawn chair. Trust me, I'm from Arkansas, I know these things.
