Received my CCW wheels and decided it would be a good time to RejeX them. Get a couple of coats on before they get installed. It would also help to have my car to install them on too. Anyway here’s a few pics and I can tell you they make a very nice product. When they say HIGH polish, they mean high polish! I got them exactly the same as stock because I’m keeping my runflats on the car. For those that are interested I weighed them and found the following. 18” = 21 lbs each the 19” = 22 lbs each.
I don’t know what factory wheels weigh but I don’t believe I’ll be adding a bunch of dead weight to the suspension. I can tell you that CCW wheels are packaged terrific and they take pains to make sure the product is delivered in great condition. I bought them through a forum vendor (Corvette Garage) and Nate was great to work with. He did a lot of follow up regarding the proper installation procedure. All I need is for my vette to be delivered and I’ll be a happy camper…..
Look sweet.....are they clear-coated?
Mine me asking what they ran money wise?
They are not clear coated which I didn't want. So there is some up keep required but I like the look of just polished aluminum. Cost... about 2500 bucks. I looked at a lot of other wheels that were less expensive but really liked these. I ordered the stock C6 wheels so I saved about 1200. Figured these cost me about 1300 over the polished factory wheels but there no comparison in quailty IMO.... I'm looking forward to seeing what they look like on my VR coupe....
