Installed Racemesh front grille and side screens last weekend. Installs went very well, and both fit perfectly and are GREAT quality. Car's not it's usual clean as I've been travelling all over for work so ignore the smudges please
The grilles just give it that extra something without being over the top IMO and don't kill the car's stealth/aggressive look.
I honestly couldn't figure out how to get the side cove grills to fit correctly. They're cut to fit, without the "tabs" you see on other products. Please elaborate how you got these in place and secured. I was near ready to pull the fenders just to get a good working angle to epoxy them in.

They're still sitting in the shipping package.

I had the same problem. What I did was get some radiator foam and stuck it inside the area first. Then, fitted the grill against the foam. The foam has adheisive and so it sticks to the inside. Its also black and not visible. They have stayed in place without movement or adjustment. Good luck. IMO, nice mod, a pain to install.
Just curious, whats with the Lingenfelter emblem ?
Car went straight to Lingenfelter after being built for the 500 hp H/C package and added the CAI first of this year One awesome ride - LPE built one baaad street machine. Their work is top-knotch and have had nothing but great customer service from Tim & Ed. Still trying to get the car to the nearest dyno to see what it's true numbers are now after some miles (only 2200 - work makes it hard to drive but she goes out on weekends) and the CAI. Will post up numbers as soon as I get them. Emblems were made for the Comm. Edition TT's but they had a few for sale awhile back and I was lucky enough to get a set from Tim. Had to wait a little while, but they were worth it. Just another subtle touch....
I like the front grill...especially in black, would look awsome on my vette(bling)....your cars dirty?...sheesh, hate to see when you actually clean it up

It was actually a two-person job for the side coves. My buddy SpeedwayLemans did the taping-gluing and held the coves in place with a pair of small needle-nose pliers and a steady hand while he secured them with the DS tape. It's easier to make sure they are lined up perfectly from the outside of the car rather than from looking from the inside. After they're taped they'll stay in place and you can let them go. Be careful with the 5-minute epoxy - work QUICKLY between the two sides to avoid having that stuff 'set' in the tube and be useless. Also much better to have a second person available to hold the driver's side fender liner out of the way while gluing since it's much tighter on that side than the passenger's. Since you have to pull that fender liner loose from a tab he put some epoxy on that after getting the coves glued in to make sure that piece doesn't flap around in there. They set up perfectly with no problem and are very strong/secure.
As far as the front, we had it up on Speedway's lift where the front was about eye-level and worked from there. One tie in the middle after you've got it straight inside the opening to secure it. I put zipties on either side, about 3-4 mesh openings from each side and that thing is STUCK. It's not going anywhere and is perfectly secure without any movement. There's 4 ties on mine and they are incredibly hard to spot looking at it from eye level with the car in the air, much less from standing just looking at the car.
