How long after you put the order in for your new c6 did you receive information like when it was going to be built/delivered/whatever? Also who contacted you chevy/your dealer/ tooth fairy? I am getting antsy and it just happened this morning.

I called the dealer approx 10 days after placing my order. They faxed to me a copy of the "Event History" which showed the history and status of my order. Once the order is scheduled at the factory, the dealer can also tell you the Target Production Week (TPW). Good Luck. If the dealer has an allocation it should take about 3-5 weeks to build the car; then 5-10 days (typical) to ship to your dealer (unless you are getting NCM delivery)
