Corvette store problems....
I took the suggestion to contact them and I did and got a response.
I emailed them back and said to cancel the rear lettering but send the other 2 items ordered.
This was on Monday.
Today, I get an email stating that they sent the 2 items and the lettering.
I asked 4 days ago to cancel that, because "they are expected 4/26/06, please advise."
I did, I said cancel them.
Now I have to go through the process of returning them.
I ordered them from WCC on Tuesday, after I received the email on Monday. I figured that no respose was that it was cancelled.
WCC lettering arrived on Wednesday and installed today.
WCC was really good at answer questions regarding install. I called the number for their tech support. They didn't treat me like I was an idiot because I had questions about a 60 dollar product.
I like the Corvette Store, but am really questioning how they deal with their customers. Especially new ones.
