Default Nice complement

My wife and I went to dinner near are home tonight. It was such a beautiful day I took the targa top off. This was the first time it has been nice enough to do it since I got the C6 in November. We were able to park near the front door where the staff and customers could see the car easily. As we left the restaurant one of the hostesses came out with are "doggy bag" which we had left behind. She was a young women I would say in her late teens. Following behind her were 3 others (2 boys 1 girl). The young women said this is the most beautiful car I have ever seen. The others all noded or commented as we were gitting in. They asked a few other questions before we left. As we were leaving the parking lot the 4 and some others were staring from the restaurant doors. There IS hope for our youth!!!!!!! By the way ours is a C6 Siver/ebony--A6---3lt

Sounds like the whole experience was great. Owning and driving a Corvette has always been a pleasure for me and my wife.

Awesome.

Best for me today was a look from a hot blond in a Maserati.
She almost stopped.

There is hope for the older crowd also. I still stare at them when I walk by.

The C5 and C5 Z06 brought the Corvette back into the world stage as a "true" performance car second to none. The C6 and C6 Z06 have eliminated any last vestige of excuses not to buy or own one on pure merits alone. It is world class.

I believe as long as Chevy keeps them "affordable" they will be relevant with the youth of today - something to aspire for but within reach with a little hard work.

Great story and thanks for sharing.

Tom
