Default Event Code 2500

I have been given an event code "2500" for my machine silver Z06. In doing some research I found that 2500 means Order Sent to Production, Preferenced. What does that mean exactly?

That it's been accepted as a real order.

What it means to YOU is that your car will be built soon, I'd guess about 3 weeks. After it's built it will take anywhere from 4 days to 4 weeks to show up at your dealer. If you have ordered NCM delivery instead (must have been ordered when you ordered the car), they usually won't schedule delivery less than two weeks after the end of your production week.

Either way, you'll love it!
