Default I have a Serial #

Hi Guys,
Ok my vette is paid for and I have the title. I have an appointment May 4, 2006 in Bowling Green to pick it up!!!

Can any one decode the serial # for me??

1G1YY36U365125344

It's a Monteray Red vert. XM, Nav., Power top, Z51, Chrome wheels,
Cashmere interior and top.

I can't wait to get it!!! Counting down the days and minutes!

My son-in-law and I are flying into Nashville and staying a few days. Then going to Bowling Green and driving back to Mass. in the new Vette!!!

It's about 1100 miles anyone got ideas about stopping at a dealer to change the oil on the way??

Jim

Your VIN of 1G1YY36U365125344 can be decoded as follows:

1. "1"= Built in US
2. "G"= General Motors
3. "1"= Chevrolet
4. "Y"= Corvette
5. Usually a "Y"
6. Body style: "1" = FRC, "2" = Coupe, "3" = Convertible
7. Restraint code
8. Engine: U is for LS2
9. Check Digit – 0 to 9 or X
10. Model year: “6”=2006
11. Plant: Bowling Green = "5"
12-17. Production sequence number that starts with the #1 for each model yr. Thus yours is the 25,334 one produced for '06.
