Correct. Only one was made. It was on display at the Museum. It was specially made for a high exec. The story goes that because of it Victory Red was added to the choices for the C6. Here is the 'rest of the story'.

If you don't look at the paperwork, Victory Red is easy to mistake for Torch Red. Might be a scam, might be an honest mistake.

Actually, to answer the question that was asked, thousands and thousands of Torch Reds were made. But only one Torch Red C6.
