Yes it does. And, it works great. I don't know why but it sounds much better than XM or the CD. I burned a couple of mp3 cd's that did not work. Then I purchased the new Nero software at Best Buy. I now have 167 songs on one cd and it works great. Remember to burn the disc as a data file.
Has anyone tried the add-on CD changer that GM sells?
Personally I would spend the money on upgrading the system. It really is in need of some help (just about my only complaint with an otherwise almost perfect car). If you are happy with the sound then I would suggest trying the mp3 option. I'm not kidding, it sounds better than the CD IMHO and one cd will hold over 150 songs. You would need a 12CD changer to get close to that. At least give it a try.
I don't understand why they don't work when I burn with media player or explorer.
guess ill have to go for soem third party crap now.
Download Apple iTunes for free. Sort your songs by album. Change the ID tags to Version 1.0. Make sure all the song titles, album titles and artist names do not exceed 22 characters including the track number. Works Great!
