Default NCM help

After 4 months of waiting and on and off crap from the dealer, they have finally confirmed that the order I placed on 2/15 was accepted and the car will be ready 6/19!

I plan on renting a car and driving down to pick mine up. Are there any rental car places in the area that I can drop off the rental at?

IF I were to fly (from ORD), what's the nearest airport and how can I get to the museum?

Thanks....

Nashville is the most convenient airport, a practically straight shot up I-65 from the airport.

Enterprise at the Nashville airport does a special one-way deal for Museum pick-ups. You can leave the car at the museum, extremely convenient. Costs about $75. You have to call the Nashville airport location directly, not the national 800# to get that setup.

You can find some directions and good general info on the museum FAQ page:

http://www.corvettemuseum.com/planning_visit/faq.shtml

Since you have your TPW give Gary a call at the museum and he can help you with scheduling your delivery. Gary is also more than happy to answer any questions you may have with where to stay, eat, etc.

Congrats and enjoy!!

I rented a car from Hertz, drove to Bowling Green and dropped it at the small Bowling Green airport. Gary arranged to have me picked up at the airport. It worked great.

You can also rent from Avis and drop it off at a location not that far from the museum.

Enjoy picking up your Vette, I sure did!
