Emergency Brake
Can anyone explain how to release and then remove the button at the top of the emergency brake handle. I am trying to take the handle off, but it seems that the button must come off and I am finding it difficult. Any help would be appreciated.

Set parking brake. Peel back vinyl boot away from handle. This will expose a screw holding handle to parking brake arm. Unscrew this screw. Then, with some force, pull handle off arm. The button is just on with a pressure fit and will come along with handle as you pull it off.

Thanks- I have pulled boot down and loosend the screw, but when pushing up on the handle the button was holding it back at top and I was afraid of breaking it. I will pull up a bit more forcefully to see if it goes.
