It just came in. I of course wanted "CORVETTE or CORVET". I am happy with the way this looks "CQR VET". From a bit of a distance, it will look like "CORVET". Now I need to find a black license plate frame that won't cover the word "Florida". A State Trooper friend told me if the frame covers any of the words or letters, you can get pulled over for that.

I like it! I bet you can get out of tickets too... a cop will probably write CORVET and not see the Q himself.. this is slick!!

Sorry, better to find out now before you start wondering why all the "light in the loafer" guys driving around in tiel green Mustang GT's are asking you to show them your "stick"
Seriously though it probably will hardly ever be noticed.

Really? My license plate holder covers up the "Protect the Panther" on top and "FLORIDA" on the bottom and I have yet to get pulled over for it. Hmm...

My State Trooper friend was telling me he they can always find a legal reason to pull over any car. He mentioned that the license plate frame covering any letters was an easy one. There are people in Florida that have frames that cover the entire lettering of "Florida" and get away with it. I would like to find a license plate frame where the plate fits into the frame like a picture.

You FL dudes must have more tags than any other state in the country! Just how many are there (i.e. the "education" tag; space shuttle; manatee; golf; etc, etc.)???? Very We have three in MD and they ALL suck.
