Does the Bullet PRT System have harder edge sound (louder and throatier) than the Bullets with X pipe?
I kept questioning myself on which exhaust to get but everybody in the forum is raving about the B&B. I guess they must be awesome.

I installed the Bullets w/ PRT on my A6....The PRT quiets the Bullets down a little (it is still plenty loud)and cuts the interior noise down...look on the Billy Boat website at the sound level chart. I am happy with the system...the bullets alone were a little too loud for me (just personal preference).

I have a 2006 A6 and just installed Bullets about two weeks ago. I bought them from AJ USA for $ 780 delivered. Highly recommend AJ USA and highly recommend the Bullets, if you are looking for an agressive sound.
My only dissapointment is actually not the drone, it's that you've got to get them above 3k and heavy on foot before they really sound fantastic. And I mean fantastic. Under 3k, daily driving, its just loud but at least its something -- stock was just non-existant.

I put on the Bullets - they sounded awesome.
