Default Ordering New C6

I'm seriously thinking about ordering a new C6,,I know it's late in the model year, however I have one question, Do you guys/gals think that by odering from a dealership, a person is kinda given up a lot of bargaining power when it comes down to negotiating the final price of the vehicle? The reason I ask is because, here in Houston whats left of the C6's on most lots are the fully loaded 3LT models which have options that I don't need or want. So bascially I have to oder my dream car so I don't end up paying for options I don't want.

Buying off the lot you may more bargaining power than ordering a unit. Thats not always the rule. You could get a loaded one off a lot for the same price as a stripper ordered. Just don't get in a hurry
