c6 a6 differential
Has anybody had a problem with a grinding noise in the differential and what solved the problem? 2200 miles and when turning sharp it grinds and sometimes makes somewhat of a clunking noise for the first few feet.

Take it to the dealer and have 'em check the VIN for service requirement on your diff... is it an 05 or 06 model? The 05's had a service advisory to change the diff fluid...had mine done...no problems to date...they say it doesn't like a lot of straight line driving either...do some figure eights in an empty parking lot to lubricate...hope this helps.
