Oh well, dosen't hurt to ask. 
I guess I should of tried Google first.
I'm back from Google. I did find out that the original emblem for the 53' had an American flag on the left. This had to be removed because it is illegal to put the US flag on a commercial product. I'm waiting for an answer to my question from another source.
