Just to track who is having problems despite GMs posting.
VIN range of recall is
2005 - 55100002 - 55135053
2006 - 65100001 - 65100046

Should have had choices: No, my VIN is in range and No, my VIN is not in range. Mine is at the end of the 2005 run and, so far it not making any noises or obviously delaminating. And it sits in the TX sun 8-10 hours a day.

Please edit the poll so we also get an idea of Yes vs. No.I wonder if the issue is not the glue used, but some type of contamination that kept the glue from sticking, perhaps an oily film? that would explain why many have no problems, while others come completely unstuck.
My DSOM car top separated at the rear. I rarely sits in the sun and did snap crackle and pop very slightly a few days (I hope the Kellogs trademark police aren't watching or I will be posting from a jail cell) prior to separation .. I just came out of the store one day and the rear edge was noticeably above the seal at the back. Dealer ordered a new top. Paint matched perfect and so far so good.
For the first time last Friday on my commute home, I heard cracking noises from the roof. That's after sitting in the Nevada sun at 105 degrees under a car cover all day. It's going to the dealer tomorrow.
My vin # was not in the recall. However the first time I took the top off it started. Went to the dealer, they said I needed a new top and it would be 2 weeks. I purchased a glass top out of pure fear that GM may not be able to fix this for a while.
Just wanted to make sure that the glass top doesn't become a back order.

Sorry the poll cant be edited, I would add to it if it were allowed.
However, I wasnt looking for information on who wasnt having a problem, but of the people who are having the problem on a C6, where their VIN falls.
I read a post by another member who quoted GM saying there are very few with actual problems so far, and the problem may spread past the current recalled VIN range. The purpose of this poll was to see real information as opposed to GMs statements, not to see how many arent having a problem.
If anyone wants other information, please start a different poll.
