I'm curious too. I appreciate good sound (I've got a $60K system at home) and as much time as I spend in the car, it may make sense if it offers a significant improvement over the Blows system.
Wow, so I'd be looking at well over $1500 (including a new 300/4 amp) to get all the rest of that installed...damn...better start saving for a few years from now

It's a digital sound processor that makes the output of your stock radio flat.
But, it is not needed at all. You can obtain HiFi signals directly from the head unit with a much cheaper adaptor from PAC and you will not have to cut your OEM wiring.
