Default Posting Good Pics help!!!

Well, here I am wanting to post some new pics but for some reason my pics SUCK.... I see you guys posting nice pages with your pics and they look great. I did the photobucket gig and not much luck there. Would someone please tell me how this is done so I can do some nice pics. I save them as JPEGS is that where I go wrong? Thanks

Can you post pics at all? Or are you just complaining about the quality of the pics you post?

If the former is the case, here is a link to a thread that may help. The help section of the forum can give you more help if this is not enough. That's typically where the mods would rather see these threads posted. Just telling you for your own info.

How large are the pictures you are uploading to Photobucket? If they are larger than 1MB (file size) then Photobucket will automatically resize them. I don't know how good it is when it does that.

Also, how many megapixels is your camera? Are you sure it is taking photos at the highest resolution? Do the photos look good on your PC before you transfer them to Photobucket?

I generally resize my photos to 640 pixels wide before I transfer them to Photobucket. This is a nice size for the forum.
