Default Wind deflector question

Just noticed this wind deflector that they sell in the forum's store. It is lower then the GM deflector. Does anyone know whether we can raise and lower the top with this deflector in place? Or is it like the GM version where you have to take the deflector off to raise and lower the top?

It looks idenical to the vette net I bought through MidAmerica, you still have to take it and the brackets off to raise the top. The brackets are a much better design and more stable than the ones I had on my C5. It is a smaller unit than the C5 version, but works as well if not better than the C5's.

No, I actually find it easier to put on and off than the C5's. The brackets slide on and stay, versus the just sitting on top as of the C5's... Then the deflector itself is smaller and easier to handle.

Thanks for your input guys. Think I will just wait for a better design. You would think somebody could design a piece of equipement that would be a quick snap in, snap off wind deflector!

I would consider one if you did not have to remove it just to put the top up.

Takes all of probably 30 seconds to take off or on...
