Default window problem

Today I opened the passenger door ,probably for the first time in a couple of weeks.
When I tried to close the door ,it wouldn't close!
I thought well maybe the seat belt was in the way.
I made sure that was not the issue. I closed it again ,and the window was hitting the windshield pillar??
I then relized the passenger window didnt index.
After 2 more tries it returned to normal.
I washed the car, then tried the door and everything was working fine.
Is this because I didnt open the door for a while and it just losened up?

I haven't heard of this problem, until now. Maybe just as a precaution, you might want to re-index your windows. Hopefully, that would save a trip in to a dealership.

Yep, takes about 30 seconds per window. Raise the window and after it's all the way up, continue to hold the up switch for an extra 3 seconds. Release. Without lowering the window, hold the up switch again for 3 seconds. Release. Done. Repeat for the other window, just to be sure.

You will need to do this after the battery's been disconnected for any length of time at all.
