Default Issues with my C6

No biggies, just seeking some input:

1. Bit of wind noise on the driver's side. Can this be corrected by reindexing the window?

2. Slack in the brake pedal - When lifting my foot from the brake pedal, it doesn't return smoothly, it releases with little or no smoothness and makes a click noise from the pedal returning. Normal?

3. Passenger side seat belt warning - When the passenger side air bag is on, I get a seat belt warning even though the seat belt is worn properly. Unbuckling and rebuckling makes no difference.

I'll be taking it in soon for its first oil change, but knowing how great a place this is for info, thought I'd post here first.

The clicking noise from the brake pedal seems to be normal. Mine does it and I seem to recall that being discussed here before with the conclusion that it was normal.

As for the driver window noise - not sure. If you have a coupe and your roof is latched properly it probably is worth reindexing just to make sure since it takes only a few seconds. If you have a vert it might be a top issue. Or, your door may not be hung/latching properly. This has been a fairly common problem here on the forum. Some have had doors which rubbed the front quarter panel when opening because they were so far off.

That's all I know or can guess.

To reinitialize the window indexing, do this.

Raise the window and continue to hold the up switch an extra 3 seconds. Release. Without lowering the window, hold the up switch again for 3 seconds. Release. Done.

On the C5 there was a side window 'tilt' adjustment as I recall. This corrected my wind noise. I don't know if this holds true for the C6.

It could be a delaminating problem, since I also noticed this wind noise.
