I'm trying to renew my service. Went to station zero and got the radio ID code. Called the number...told the computer what the code was. Computer correctly reads it back to me and says the code is invalid. I have about 4 hours of boring driving tomorrow morning and am looking to get this thing going. I wait for an operator....forever...forget that. I threw out the paperwork that they sent me to renew because I figured why would I need it. I checked and rechecked the code. Anyone have a similar issue when renewing?
I just recently renewed for 2 years( I happen to like the oldie music) but on the first two calls, I spent about 35 minutes and got NOWHERE! Frustrated as hell, I decided to try one more time-and guess what?!! Third time is definitely a charm! Got it renewed in less than 10 minutes-finished, Whalaah, done, ende! Go figure! But the c/s was not good at all during the renewal process.
