Timing is everything

I went to Bill Branch Chevy today, to have my painted top looked at. [No problems yet]Service guy said it was not on a recall list!!! Guess what? On the way home the top broke loose in the front section!!! Hows that for timing.I will be in line tomorrow at 7am for the" NO RECALL ROOF" Also not related. My traction controll needs service light just came on as well .Any ideas...... Thanks SEA-SIX Ft Myers Fl.

Sorry to hear about the roof man... that's horrible timing and just plain sucks.

The dealers seem to not have gotten the word that the recall list has been expanded to nearly ALL of 2006. Only the last few weeks of 06 production are not included.

When I needed the shims put on my glass roof I brought in the TSB info, they looked it up, ordered the parts and a few days later in was fixed....granted this is not as severe but coming with the info/#'s might help
