Today after cutting the grass I washed and put a coat of Rejex on the Vette. Tonight I made my favorite brew and went out to the barn and sat in my favorite chair just to admire my work. A little bit later the wife shows up with some crackers and cheese. Ah life is good.
I love the little carpet to wipe your feet on before entering. I've had crackers and cheese with my favorite brew in the garage many times. However, my garage (barn) isn't nearly as plush.
Just wondering why the rotors look rusty? Is that from the wash or not driving? Mine never get rust but it does not get dirty enough to hose wash and I drive it quite a bit. I saw some on the lot the same way but never on mine so a question of interest.
Everyone thinks i am nuts but i love Zanio'ing my car. It actually calms me. I love standing back and seeing the sun hit the car as it sets. Alittle fruit juice and rum...and it makes for a very happy Anthony
It's one more reason why CF is great. I had not heard of Rejex until I joined the forum a couple of months ago. I put it on the vette and liked the results so much I put it on my kid's new Civic hybrid. That thing is dark blue and sits in the sun all day in San Diego. Any normal wax is basically shot in 2 weeks. With Rejex, it feels like it's got a plastic coat on it. Amazing stuff...
And your car looks great and I also like the welcome mat...

They all get rusty after getting wet if they're allowed to air dry. The first time the car is driven and the brakes are applied the rust will be scraped off. It won't reappear until the next time the rotors get wet and are allowed to air dry.
Love ReJex...continue to be impressed (and this comes from a multi decade user of Zymol Concours and showing cars)... MRBLU was in a show couple weeks ago and in prep for it did a quick ReJex day before>>>
Concerning the rusty rotors...maybe you do this already but if you wash the car immediately blow off the rotors with an electric leaf blower and will cut the rust down by 75%+++ Just an suggestion
This thread will likely get bumped to the Car Care section, but I'm firmly in the Rejex camp.
Easy on.
Easy off.
One step, one product.
Relatively inexpensive.
Great shine. (As good as anything when comparing the same color car.)
Wears like iron. (I apply the stuff every 2 months, basically for the hell of it.)
And you can QD your car with a spray bottle of distilled water if you choose to.
Just got a case of Rejex from Barry at Auto-X, and within 24 hours I had the Vette shined up. Took it out for a ride Saturday evening, and had so many people waving I thought I was in a new car. (March 05 and 18k miles.).
Yeah, life is great.
My 2005 DSOM Z51 Coupe loves the stuff and so do I. Easy on and off. It take me about 30 minutes total. It makes the color-changing DSOM gleam throughout the day and night. I'm sold. What a great country!!!!!

This is normal after washing, as soon as you drive the rotors will return to normal.
Just when I thought I had the whole rejex/zaino thing figured out you have to go and show some absolutely awesome results like these. Now I might have to try the rejex!
