Just got home from a 800 mile round trip across Washington state. All freeway, 106 degrees. 1800-1900 rpm or about 85 mph is a great speed in this C6 06 vert. Top up, AC on got 28 mpg. Enjoyed a Mariner win on XM with no interference. Life is good...

Great to hear. Its a great reminder that these are great machines and offer us an opportunity to enhance our life's adventures. I have found myself continually drawn to the excitement that these experiences can offer.
I guess that's why I am willing to put up with some of the "challenges"
that owning high performance vehicles sometimes offer. Don't get me wrong I wish everything was perfect from fit and finish to Z51 tires that last me longer than 10K. But when everything is going good these things are an absolute ball. Thanks for reminding me.
