Question about strange wire...

I bought one of the "all LED" brake lights yesterday. As per the instructions, I pulled the two inside tail lights out so I could access the center brake light. On the passenger side, right behind the inside tail light, there is a green wire that is stubbed out and just hanging there. Does anyone know what this is for? Wondering if it has something to do with the Euro tail light system? I can post a pic if needed.

May be one the antennas in the car, FM I think.

Diversity Antenna System (not sure of exact location of wires - cant find)

green - FM (secondary antenna module)

yellow - AM (primary antenna module)
red - FM
